5 Polestar ITSM Simulation.

Brings the service strategy to life. Provides use and understanding of the ITIL service life cycle.

 

6 Roadmap.

Consolidates lessons learnt and results from the Strategy Snapshot, Assessment, Baseline, Audit and Polestar events. Clarifies priorities and provides a clear roadmap for improvement.

 

7 Process Mentoring.

Used to create or tailor supplied service design packages. Review and agree Critical Success Factors and Key Performance Indicators. Process mentoring kicks starts the Roadmap implementation and maintains the momentum.
