Delta Software is an established software and consulting company solely focused on
best practice Service Management, providing expertise and tools to deliver
improved operational performance. We pride ourselves on our total commitment to
providing on-going service improvement results.
Delta Software commenced operating in January 1994 as the exclusive New Zealand distributor for Gupta, providing specialist development tools for large-scale client-server projects. During 1994 Delta also became the exclusive distributor for Infra Corporation in New Zealand. Infra Corporation developed infraEnterprise, an application that delivered full service management, workflow and process automation functionality and an integrated CMDB, via a web interface.
In 2008 Infra was acquired by EMC Corporation and infraEnterprise became Ionix Service Manager. Delta Software is now an EMC Velocity Partner and also represents other tools in the EMC Ionix range.
In 2006 Delta Software became the New Zealand reseller for G2G3, the world’s leading provider of simulations for business performance. Delta are certified to deliver the Polestar ITIL V3 and ITSM simulation events for dramatically improving the performance of people and service processes.
Delta Software is also an agent for Layton Technologies AuditWizard, an IT asset discovery tool that provides total visibility of what’s connected to the network in a simple, easy to use package.
